Real estate investment for global investors with Propvest
We worked with Propvest’s team to simplify real estate investment in Dubai. The goal was to create a multilingual platform that makes it easy for investors to access reliable information, connect directly with developers, and explore properties without unnecessary barriers.
Problems in the real estate market
Investors faced several challenges. Many agents lacked the expertise to guide them properly, and there were frequent fraud cases that caused trust issues. Developers often wasted time dealing with unqualified leads, and investors struggled to find clear data about market trends, property details, and forecasts.
Delivering an intuitive property investment platform
We built a platform where investors can filter properties based on their needs and preferences, using Xano to power the backend logic for dynamic filtering. This ensures that investors see only properties that match their specific criteria, making the search process faster and more personalized. The platform provides detailed, verified information about each property, removing the need for non-specialized agents.
To achieve a visually appealing and user-friendly interface, we used Webflow to build the frontend. Webflow allowed us to create a pixel-perfect design while maintaining high-quality development standards. Its flexibility ensured that the design was not only visually engaging but also seamlessly integrated with the robust backend, resulting in a polished and functional platform.
To make it accessible for international users, we implemented a localization feature on Webflow that allowed us to create multilingual pages in English, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, and Russian. While integrating this feature with Xano presented some challenges, we resolved them using Webflow’s API CMS. This approach enabled us to connect the backend with the localized pages seamlessly, adding significant value for users by ensuring a functional and user-friendly multilingual experience.
Managing the platform with Retool
We created an internal system using Retool to help the team manage the platform. They can add, edit, and update properties and track investor registrations and activities. Automated email notifications keep the team informed about new leads.
Adding a referral system with Xano
A referral system was built to help the Propvest team collaborate with specialized real estate agents and content creators. Each user receives a unique referral code to invite others, and the system tracks these referrals while sending notifications to the team about successful registrations.
Instead of relying on complex and high-cost referral applications, we developed a simple, efficient internal tracking system using Xano and Wized. This solution met the specific needs of the Propvest team while maintaining flexibility and reducing operational costs.
