We build with you. You review the work at every stage, so we never move forward blind and neither of us wastes time. Your success is our metric.

Discovery
We learn how you make money, what's slowing you down, and who you're up against. We send back a three-page brief that names the real problem.
- 02
Prototype
We build a working prototype before sending the estimate. Real code at a URL you can hit, not a Figma mockup.
- 03
Estimate
The estimate is concrete because the front-end already exists. If the number doesn't work, you keep the prototype and walk away.
- 04
Build
Weekly demos. Daily Slack. Shipping code from week one. Your team can help iterate the front-end with AI between cycles, we leave context files so Claude stays oriented.

QA
Every feature checked against the brief. Security pass on auth and data paths. The gate is tight because most of the code is AI-written.
