No CMS, on purpose
A school site does not need a CMS. A CMS means a licence, a login, and a system the office has to keep working at the start of term. Your pages are static, so they hold up on an open evening when everyone loads them at once. Term dates, newsletters, and staff changes are written with the AI tools we set up.
Questions
What schools and clubs ask before they start
Can parents book a visit or a trial from the site?
Yes. The form asks what you actually need to know, and if you use a booking system we put it behind every visit button.
Can we publish term dates, newsletters, and policies?
Yes. They are pages and posts like any other, and your team writes new ones with the AI tools we set up, so the office is not waiting on us in September.
How do you handle fees and funded hours?
On their own page, in plain words, with the figures you give us. Parents who understand the fee call with better questions.
What about photographs of children?
We use only the photographs you send and have consent for. If you have none cleared yet, the site launches without them and you add them later.
Our admissions run on a separate system. Is that a problem?
No. The site links into it wherever a parent would apply. Replacing that system is a separate project, not part of this fee.
