At Produlis (Produlis Studio LLC), we respect your privacy and handle your personal data with care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you provide through our consultation form (name, email, company, website address).
• Project context you choose to share with us (business stage, challenges, tools you use, goals).

• Basic technical data our hosting provider processes to serve and secure the website (such as IP addresses in server logs).

Cookies & Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. This collects (i) Usage Data such as pages visited, time on page, and links clicked, and (ii) Device Information such as approximate location, browser type, and operating system. We use it to see which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.

People We Contact About Our Services

We sometimes email people at businesses we think could use our work. We get the person’s name, job title, work email and company from Prospeo, a business contact database, and from the company’s own public website.

We do this because we have a legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in telling businesses about services that fit their work. We only use work details, and only to contact you about Produlis.

If you reply “no” or ask us to stop, we stop at once, delete your details, and keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never write to you again.

We use Prospeo (to find contact details), Instantly and Smartlead (to send emails), and Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (for our mailboxes). Your details are held in the USA. Transfers from the EU and UK rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We delete the details of people who have not replied 12 months after our last email.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object, at hello@produlis.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO; in Ireland, the DPC; in France, the CNIL).
